Every potential Flo Tuition tutor is talent-spotted by our head hunting team. Carefully selected based on their experience, familiarity with the current school syllabus, intellectual abilities, enthusiasm and nurturing character, Flo Tuition tutors are (MOE) NIE-trained and possess relevant teaching experience with the MOE.
Selected Flo Tuition tutors then undergo our specially designed courses to equip them with the required skills. In addition, Flo Tuition tutors are required to attend regular training sessions to constantly improve and upgrade themselves.

Profile: Intellectual. Enthusiastic. Nurturing. Able to cultivate positive learning attitude and discipline, study habits and thinking skills.
Minimum Qualifications: Degree holder
Training: National Institute of Education (NIE) and specially designed Flo Tuition courses.
Teaching Experience: Schools under Ministry of Education (MOE)
Knowledge: Familiarity with the current school syllabus (e.g. MOE requirements, syllabus and exam formats)
